This course will enable you to start your career in disability support. You will gain the skills and knowledge required  to provide care and support to people with disabilities enabling them to maintain their independence.

This course will enable you to start your career in disability support. You will gain the skills and knowledge required  to provide care and support to people with disabilities enabling them to maintain their independence. You will have the opportunity to find work in a variety of settings including residential, individual support, home care, advocacy, case management and day support.

  • Secondary school aged persons (in 2024, students born on or after 1 July 2006 who are at least 15 years old in 2024) undertaking training that is not part of a VET Delivered to Secondary Schools program, the maximum course (tuition) fee chargeable is $420. Additional resource fees and discretionary fees may apply. 
  • VET Student Loans for eligible courses and fee caps may be subject to changes implemented by the Australian Government.
